Subject to applicable law and the ability to verify a request, a visitor may ask for access to data held about them, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or an opt-out from certain processing. Texas public records held by Hidalgo County or another agency are controlled by that agency under laws including Government Code Chapter 552, not by this private site.
